Milwaukee Bucks to play Charlotte Hornets and Kon Knueppel | Live updates
The Milwaukee Bucks (1-1) head to Charlotte to take on the Hornets (0-1) in a preseason game at 6 p.m. CT.
The Milwaukee Bucks will begin their training camp tonight in Charlotte, North Carolina, facing the Charlotte Hornets in an exhibition game. The Bucks, currently 1-1, will play two more exhibition games before their regular season opener on October 21 against the Washington Wizards. The Hornets, who started the season 0-1, have made significant roster changes during the offseason, with former Bucks assistant Charles Lee taking over as head coach.
Key additions include Milwaukee native Kon Knueppel and Brandon Miller. Knueppel had an impressive rookie season last year and was in contention for Rookie of the Year honors. Bucks head coach Taylor Jenkins plans to utilize the 13-14 players he rotated in during the first two preseason games, which primarily constituted the team's regular rotation.
He intends to gradually increase playing time for these players, especially as they prepare to face off against the Hornets in their regular season opener.
