'I didn't plan it': Israeli flydubai survivor goes viral for striking Trump's iconic pose
A bloodied face, a raised fist, and an unmistakable resemblance to one of the most famous political photographs of recent years.
Israeli passenger Asaf Rajuan, who aided in stopping a terrorist on a flydubai flight last month, has become the focus of a viral internet comparison with former US President Donald Trump. A photograph of Rajuan, taken mid-air after a confrontation with the co-pilot, was placed alongside Trump's iconic image from a 2024 assassination attempt in Pennsylvania.
Both men are depicted with blood on their faces and their right fists raised in the air, sparking amusement on social media. The resemblance has given Rajuan an unexpected place in the online legacy of an iconic American image.
