Hi DEV! I'm the developer of Footagent , a free 3D football runner for Android and iPhone, built with Godot. Google Play asks new developer accounts for 12 testers during 14 days before the public launch, so I'm looking for a few Android testers. Hey DEV! I'm the creator of Footagent, a free 3D football runner available on Android and iPhone, crafted with the Godot engine. Google Play has requested 12 Android testers for the upcoming launch, so I'm reaching out to find a few Android enthusiasts willing to give it a go. The game is simple to understand but challenging in practice: your player maneuvers on its own, and you control the ball using just one finger.
Swipe left or right to change lanes and outmaneuver defenders, swipe up to leap over obstacles and tackle, swipe down to nutmeg a defender or slip beneath a blocked row, and tap to shoot at the opponent directly in front of you. The game features 31 distinct worlds, from a street at age 5 to the world final at 27, encompassing 10 cities (Paris, Tokyo, Rio, Lagos, New Delhi...) and 12 extreme locations (Niagara Falls, Egypt, a volcano, Sky islands, Loop Valley). There's no energy system, no ads during gameplay, and it's fully playable offline.
To join the Android beta, simply join the Google Group at https://groups.google.com/g/footageny-testeurs and follow the instructions provided there. Alternatively, you can download the game directly from the Play Store at https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.footagent.game. Once installed, tap "Become a tester" and keep the app installed for the required 14 days.
As for feedback, I'm particularly interested in your thoughts on the game's difficulty level. Is it too challenging or too straightforward? How responsive do the swipes feel on your device? If you encounter any crashes, slowdowns, or confusing menus, please let me know about them. Drop your own closed-test link in the comments section, and I'll join your test right alongside you.
Thank you in advance for your participation! You can find more information about the game at https://footagent.org, and an overview of its features at https://footagent.org/handbook.html.
