The last-minute fantasy football streaming options for NFL Week 5 present a variety of tight end choices for managers. Among these options, Isaiah Likely stands out as the most compelling streaming option. With a 31.5% target share, he ranks second among tight ends, indicating his significant involvement in his team's passing game.
His recent performance in Week 4, where he was targeted 12 times by Winston and responded with seven receptions for 66 yards, further reinforces his appeal. The matchup against Washington, where the Commanders have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends, adds to the optimism for Likely. His workload provides a strong floor, with enough upside to deliver a difference-making performance.
Another potential streaming option is Mike Gesicki, who could benefit from Cincinnati's uncertain receiving situation ahead of their matchup against the Miami Dolphins. With either Ja’Marr Chase or Tee Higgins dealing with injuries, Joe Burrow may need to redirect more of his attention toward other targets, potentially increasing Gesicki's workload.
His ability to operate as a big slot receiver and work through intermediate areas makes him a strong option for managers looking for both reception potential and touchdown upside.
