The Edo State chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Jarrett Tenebe, has expressed vehement disdain for Peter Obi, the presidential contender of the Nigeria Democratic Congress. During a recent interview, Tenebe defended the policies of the Tinubu administration and clarified his comment about "AK-47 fire." He also declared that he would spit in the faces of Obi and the African Democratic Congress presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Tenebe emphasized his readiness to confront opposition figures who criticize President Bola Tinubu, stating that he would not hesitate to spew insults and physical aggression in their direction. Specifically, he openly despised Obi, accusing him of insincerity and questioning his political alliance with Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Obi's running mate on the NDC ticket.
Tenebe maintained that Obi and Kwankwaso held opposing views on certain issues, citing their differing opinions on alcohol consumption as evidence of their unsuitability to govern the nation together.
