Warner Bros. Discovery's International President Gerhard Zeiler is stepping down from his position following the $110 billion merger with Paramount Skydance. In a memo to employees, Zeiler reflected on his time with the company and expressed gratitude for the dedication and hard work of his colleagues. He acknowledged the challenges they faced over the years, including managing the company's linear and streaming businesses, as well as selling content to third parties.

Despite the difficulties, Zeiler commended his employees for adapting, finding solutions, supporting one another, and delivering consistently. He emphasized that what truly mattered was the people around him and their character, commitment, courage, and loyalty. Zeiler's departure marks the end of a significant chapter for the international operations of Warner Bros. Discovery, as he leaves after more than a decade of service.
