Conservative politician Ted Cruz, the Senate Commerce Committee Chairman for Texas, expressed excitement for Marvel's new series "Zodiac" on his X account. Cruz's tweet, which is a reference to a meme and conspiracy theory suggesting he is the infamous Zodiac Killer, reads: "Can't wait to watch it." The meme, which isn't meant to be taken seriously, started with a 2013 tweet during Cruz's speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference.
Although the meme is not meant to be taken seriously, it has been traced back to 2013, with the initial tweet suggesting that Cruz is the Zodiac Killer. Despite its humorous nature, Cruz seems to be genuinely eager to watch the upcoming Marvel series, which is described as a live-action spy thriller set in the MCU.
