Steelers' Jalen Ramsey explodes over Joey Porter Jr. rumors

Jalen Ramsey has spoken out against the persistent rumors linking him to Joey Porter Jr.'s injury situation and eventual trade in Pittsburgh. In a passionate post on social media, Ramsey denied any involvement in Porter's back injury, which led to his departure from the Steelers. He emphasized his loyalty to the team, stating that he is a Steeler first and foremost.

Ramsey clarified that he has no issue with Porter and considers him a top 5 corner, but he would never suggest a player fake an injury. The Steelers veteran defended his support for Porter, explaining that he wants all good players to be part of the team and is focused on winning. Fans may have drawn parallels between Ramsey's exit from the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019 and Porter's situation, but Ramsey dismissed these claims as coincidental.

The article also highlights that Ramsey and Porter share the same agent, David Mulugheta, and that Ramsey sees Porter as a close friend.
