In September, the demand for work under the VB-G RAM G scheme increased by 25.2% compared to August. Approximately 15.6 million households sought work under the program, significantly rising from 12.5 million in August. The number of people seeking employment also grew to 18.8 million from 15.4 million in August. This scheme was launched in July, providing guaranteed annual employment of 125 days.
