Rubrik expands ‘Project Hourglass’ with new AI security tool to counter Mythos-level threats

Rubrik, a participant in Anthropic's Project Glasswing, has introduced Rubrik Code Guardian, a tool to safeguard enterprises against advanced AI threats. This product enables customers to scan AI-generated code for security flaws in isolated, air-gapped environments. Rubrik Code Guardian complements Project Hourglass, Rubrik's cybersecurity initiative, which offers access to Rubrik Agent Cloud.

The tool's debut coincides with heightened concerns over AI safety, following high-profile hacking incidents. Rubrik Code Guardian is part of Project Hourglass, expanding its reach to include more Indian enterprises such as Tata Consultancy Services and Trace3.
