Ravens rule out 3 Pro Bowlers for SNF matchup vs. Falcons
Falcons defense could feast against banged-up Ravens on Sunday Night Football
The Baltimore Ravens have announced that three Pro Bowlers will miss their Week 5 game against the Atlanta Falcons due to injuries. Quarterback Lamar Jackson will not play, as he is dealing with a sprained ankle. In addition, starting center Cam Jurgens and defensive end Trey Hendrickson will also be absent from the match. Jurgens, a two-time Pro Bowler, was acquired by Baltimore from the Philadelphia Eagles in a recent trade.
Hendrickson signed with the Ravens after they dropped their trade for Maxx Crosby from the Las Vegas Raiders. He has had a successful 10-year NFL career, accumulating 82 sacks, 166 QB hits, and 75 tackles for loss. The Ravens' final injury report for Week 5 includes three players, with Lamar Jackson, Cam Jurgens, and Trey Hendrickson listed as out.
The Falcons have only one player out and three questionable, including LB Yasir Abdullah, DE Za Darius Smith, and LB Divine Deablo.
