A heartwarming video of a petrol pump worker in Ladakh went viral on social media, showcasing the woman's dedication while caring for her baby. The clip, shared by Instagram user Priyanka, shows the mother filling fuel in vehicles with her child strapped to her back using a makeshift carrier. Priyanka's post garnered 10.1 million views on Instagram, highlighting the woman's hard work and the kindness of the petrol pump owner.
In the video, the woman is seen standing beside vehicles, refueling them, while her baby rests against her back. Despite her busy work routine, she appears relaxed and interacts with customers as vehicles arrive and leave. The child remains close to his mother, curiously observing the activity at the petrol station.
Viewers praised the mother's determination to balance her professional responsibilities with her role as a mother. Some also commended the petrol pump owner for allowing her to work with her baby nearby, viewing it as a thoughtful gesture. Another viewer expressed admiration for the woman, wishing her well.
However, some users suggested that admiration for her efforts alone may not be sufficient support for workers in similar situations. One commenter proposed that those recording videos of workers and their children should consider offering them a tip or other practical help.
