Tension persists within Real Madrid's dressing room despite Jose Mourinho's return for a second spell as coach, according to RMC Sport. Mourinho's appointment aimed to bring stability to the squad, but the atmosphere remains icy-cold among the players. Reports suggest several players do not get along, and Mourinho has struggled to mend the divisions that existed under previous coaches Xabi Alonso and Álvaro Arbeloa.
The situation escalated to a physical altercation between Aurélien Tchouaméni and Federico Valverde last season. The recent off-field behavior of Kylian Mbappé has further exacerbated tensions, prompting Mourinho to meet privately with the Frenchman and urge him to be more discreet in his conduct. The dressing room atmosphere remains a significant cause for concern as Real Madrid prepares for a crucial month of action.
