Giants RB Cam Skattebo Sends Confident Message Before Commanders Matchup
New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo is primed and ready to go for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the Commanders.
Running back Cam Skattebo addressed shoulder injury concerns during a Friday media session, expressing confidence in his ability to play against the Washington Commanders. When asked by Giants offensive coordinator Matt Nagy if he would like the ball, Skattebo responded, "Just give me the ball, we’ll be fine." He emphasized the team's depth and skill at the position, stating, "We have a lot of playmakers on the offense, man.
When you get a lot of guys together that really love the game, really want the ball, and can do special things with it, you have guys pulling strings from Coach." Skattebo also reassured that his shoulder issue is "a little muscle tightness" with no significant worry, having described it as "nothing to worry about."
