Faizon Brandon remains questionable for Tennessee football vs Arkansas, injury update
Tennessee football left unchanged quarterback Faizon Brandon as questionable on the SEC availability report on Oct. 8 for the Arkansas game.
Tennessee football quarterback Faizon Brandon remains questionable for the upcoming game against Arkansas due to a right shoulder injury sustained in a September loss to Texas. On the availability report, Brandon joins running back Javin Gordon and defensive lineman Kedric Golston on the questionable list. The report, which will be updated daily, will be finalized 90 minutes before the game.
The matchup against No. 14 Tennessee (4-1, 1-1 SEC) and Arkansas (2-3, 0-2) is scheduled for October 10 at 4:15 p.m. ET on the SEC Network in Fayetteville. Brandon's injury has led to George MacIntyre getting his first career start against Arkansas, though Heupel has not yet confirmed this. Seven Tennessee players have already suffered season-ending injuries this season, including guards Wendell Moe and Kedric Golston, who are out permanently.
