Dak Prescott’s walk through the tunnel following Dallas’ 24-16 loss to the winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers drew an uncomfortable moment, with a nearby employee’s comment causing the quarterback to walk off in frustration. The video footage showed Prescott visibly upset by the blunt remark, which quickly went viral and ignited debate among fans.
The incident occurred after Dallas lost a halftime lead, and it highlighted the team's struggles beyond just Prescott. Quarterback Dak Prescott completed 24 of 42 passes for 316 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions, but the Cowboys were unable to rally after Tampa Bay scored 17 unanswered points in the third quarter. Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer, whose position has been under scrutiny, bore the brunt of the postgame pressure as the team continues to struggle.
