UAE Joins Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan in Push for Trans-Afghan Railway

It appears Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan may have found a way to finance a trans-Afghan railway that would enable Central Asian exports to gain access to seaports in Pakistan.
