Trump Envoys in Talks With Putin’s Moneyman Over Russian Gas, Reports Say
Senior US envoy Jared Kushner and Kremlin envoy Kirill Dmitriev have reportedly discussed bringing a US investor into the Nord Stream gas pipeline, five sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday, Oct. 8. The pipelines remain under both US and EU sanctions due to Russia’s war in Ukraine, and Germany strongly opposes reopening them.
