SWC2026 Americas Cup Heads to Toronto

Com2uS is bringing the next phase of its global esports competition, the Summoners War World Arena Championship 2026 (SWC2026) Americas Cup, to Canada. The event will crown the strongest player in the region on October 11 at Chrysalis Hall, Toronto Metropolitan University. Matches will begin at 3 a.m. KST, marking the first time a SWC regional cup is held in Canada.

Eight players have made the cut after qualifying through the Americas region. The quarterfinal bracket includes SAPPYYY vs. TRUEWHALE, JIWOOFAN vs. ZEDORUS, COISO vs. ZEZAS, and THOMPSIN vs. MONAGUA. TRUEWHALE, a two-time defending regional champion, seeks to continue his winning streak. ZEZAS, emerging from Brazil, has become a leader in South American play.

THOMPSIN, returning after an absence, also draws interest. The tournament employs a best-of-five single-elimination format. The top three players will advance to the SWC2026 World Finals on November 14 at KBS Arena in Seoul for the title of the 10th global champion. Fans can watch matches on the official Summoners War Esports YouTube channel, with multilingual commentary. The SWC2026 series, launched in 2017, has expanded globally, now reaching Toronto.
