‘I won’t claim him until there’s a ring’ — Tacha reveals relationship status

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha Akide, has disclosed that she is currently involved in a romantic relationship, but she will not openly declare her partner's identity until he proposes with a ring. The reality star expressed her preference to keep her personal life private during an interview on the Morayo Afolabi show.

Tacha stated that relationships can end abruptly, and she does not wish to publicly identify someone as her partner before the relationship ends. "I would say that he's somebody I like, but who knows? I could be on the show next week and say I’m not in a relationship, break up and come back, but for now I’m in a relationship," she shared.

Additionally, Tacha mentioned that having someone special in her life helps her cope with the loneliness often associated with success in the entertainment industry. "In this industry, you need that one person because it is always lonely at the top," she added. When asked about her ideal partner, Tacha described someone who is quiet yet outspoken around her but remains composed in public.

She also emphasized that her perfect match must be hardworking, financially stable, and devoted to God. Tacha concluded by saying, "I won't claim him until there’s a ring."
