Four Ukrainian officials to join delegation for U.S. talks
Ukraine's delegation for talks in the United States this week will include David Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People faction; Rustem Umerov, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service; Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Office of the President; and Sergiy Kyslytsya, first deputy head of the Office of the President, RBC-Ukraine reported on Oct. 8, citing an informed source.
