Dyson’s new Total Restore service gives your tired vacuum a professional deep-clean and repair

Chief Engineer Jake Dyson says the door-to-door service is like a 'spa day' for your cordless vacuum or wet-floor cleaner.

Dyson’s new Total Restore service gives your tired vacuum a professional deep-clean and repair

Dyson has introduced a new service called Total Restore, which offers door-to-door cleaning and restoration for their cordless and wet floor cleaners. The service, available in mainland Britain for £99.99, aims to enhance the performance and extend the lifespan of your Dyson cleaner. For the cost of the service, including any repairs not covered by warranty, Dyson engineers will assess the cleaner's airflow, battery health, and motor performance at their service center in Chippenham.

They will then perform a thorough deep clean, fix any repairable faults, and replace damaged or worn components with genuine Dyson parts. Upon completion, the cleaner will be returned with a label showing the last service date, any necessary replacement filters or wet rollers, digital photos, a digital health check report, and a digital certificate of service.

Dyson's Chief Engineer, Jake Dyson, explains that the service provides consumers with a better service and a way to keep their machines in top condition, as if they were brand new. Currently, the Total Restore service is offered for Dyson V7 through V16 Piston Animal cordless vacuums and wet cleaners like the Dyson WashG1 and PencilWash.

To check if your cleaner is eligible, log in to your Dyson account and visit the 'My Products' page. While the service is only available in Great Britain at the moment, Dyson plans to expand it internationally in the future.
