Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey rode in the same car as President Donald Trump during a recent event in Baltimore. During his speech, the President referenced Humphrey, sending a message to Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. While Trump's increased presence in politics has led to some athletes expressing support for him, Humphrey did not openly endorse Trump.
When asked about his time with the President, Humphrey stated he could not turn down an opportunity to ride with him, though he does not have any political beliefs. He admitted he had never voted in the past, though he plans to do so in the future. Trump was in Baltimore to celebrate a $3.8 billion submarine shipyard project at Sparrows Point, a project that Humphrey supports for its positive impact on the local economy.
Through four games of the 2026 NFL season, Humphrey has contributed with 16 combined tackles (13 solo), three passes defended, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery. The Ravens have started the season with a 3-1 record and may face the Atlanta Falcons without quarterback Lamar Jackson in their upcoming Sunday Night Football matchup.
