Did Yankees bro curse the Bronx Bombers?
The New York Yankees haven’t won a title since Yankees bro went viral in the 2010 ALCS
The 2010 Texas Rangers playoff run marked a significant moment in their history, as the team made history by winning their first-ever playoff series and World Series berth. The climactic Game Four of the ALCS saw the Yankees, trailing 2-1 in the series, pull ahead in a dramatic fashion. With the first ten batters retiring, Robinson Cano was struck out 0-1 by Tommy Hunter.
The play was soon followed by Nelson Cruz's memorable fly ball to right field, which was caught by a Yankees fan in the first row of the stands. This particular moment has been captured in a beloved gif and continues to bring joy and nostalgia to fans, despite the Rangers' eventual victory in the series.
