ALDS Thursday open thread
Tampa Bay awaits the winner of this series.
The Cleveland Guardians and Chicago White Sox are set to clash in Game Four of the American League Divisional Series in a pivotal ALDS Thursday open thread scenario. With the other three divisional series already concluded, this matchup is the only remaining Divisional Series in the playoffs. Chicago took an early lead in the series, but Cleveland managed to secure a 9-3 victory in the previous game, ensuring their place in the postseason.
The upcoming game will see Cleveland's Parker Messick taking the mound, while Chicago will rely on lefty Hagen Smith. The first team to win the series will advance to the League Championship Series, where the Los Angeles Dodgers and Milwaukee Brewers await.
