watchOS 27 adds three new apps to your Apple Watch

watchOS 27, the latest major software update for Apple Watch, brings three new apps to your smartwatch. Siri receives a significant AI upgrade in watchOS 27, accompanied by a brand new Siri app. This app is accessible across various Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Vision Pro, and notably, the Apple Watch itself.

Although Siri can still be invoked through the Digital Crown on the watch, the dedicated app offers a convenient alternative to initiate a conversation. Moreover, the app serves as a hub to review past conversations, where Siri's advanced AI keeps track of queries across all your devices.

Additionally, Apple has revamped the Find My experience on Apple Watch, unifying the three previous apps - Find Devices, Find Items, and Find People - into a single 'Find My' app. This streamlined interface simplifies the process of locating anything or anyone through a map-centric view. Users can navigate between various search categories via a menu in the top-left corner. WatchOS 27 also introduces a third app, Readiness, exclusively for Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 models.

The Readiness app evaluates your recent activity, vital signs, and sleep patterns to gauge your ability to tackle the day ahead. It assigns a score and classifies your readiness, categorizing it as Recover, Pace Yourself, Ready, or Go For It. The app offers insights into the factors influencing your readiness, and you can explore further details within the Fitness app on your iPhone.

In summary, watchOS 27's new Apple Watch apps aim to enhance user experience by providing seamless integration with other Apple devices, a simplified Find My experience, and a convenient tool for assessing daily readiness.
