VIDEO: Man arrested for impersonating father in FCT promotion examination

A 33-year-old man, Monsuru Musa, has been arrested for impersonating his father during a promotion examination for staff of the Federal Capital Territory Administration. The incident occurred at the National Open University of Nigeria examination centre in Abuja, during the third day of the promotion exercise organized by the FCT Civil Service Commission.

Monsuru was caught while writing the examination on behalf of his father, Musa Mohammed, an employee of the FCT Fire Service. He admitted to the authorities that he was not the candidate registered for the examination, explaining that his father had sent him to take it on his behalf due to his health condition.
