Thai bond issuance misses target as firms look abroad

Domestic corporate bond issuances are expected to fall short of the forecast of 880 billion baht this year, attributed to large companies reducing refinancing efforts while some have shifted to overseas markets, according to the Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA).
