Celebrity singer David Bisbal stole the show at the Rafa Nadal Academy's 10th anniversary celebration in Manacor on Saturday, October 3. After an emotional return to the tennis court for Rafa Nadal, Bisbal took to the center court, transforming it into a concert venue and delivering a perfect musical finale for the sold-out event.
The day had already seen Nadal captain Team Rafa against Team Murray, featuring Andy Murray, Carlos Moyà, David Ferrer, and Richard Gasquet. Though Team Rafa ultimately claimed a 4-3 victory, Bisbal's performance added a special touch to the celebrations. Despite already releasing his new album Eternos and planning to begin his international tour in Chile, Bisbal found time to perform for the packed crowd in Mallorca.
Nadal later expressed his gratitude to the singer for making the appearance, highlighting the effort involved in fitting the Mallorca appearance into his busy schedule.
