Rupee to Hit 276 Against Dollar Soon

The Pakistani rupee strengthened against the US Dollar for the 256th consecutive day, reaching 277.02 on Wednesday. If the current trend continues, the rupee could potentially surpass 276 against the dollar in the near future. Since December 25, 2025, the rupee has consistently shown gains against the dollar. Apart from the dollar, the rupee has also gained against other major currencies.

It gained one paisa against the British Pound and 23 paisas against the Australian Dollar. The rupee experienced a gain of Rs. 1.32 against the Euro but saw a loss of 60 paisas against the Canadian Dollar. The rupee also gained one paisa against the UAE Dirham and two paisas against the Saudi Riyal.
