Punjab Announces Director-Level Jobs With Rs. 750,000 Monthly Salary

The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) has announced six newly created director-level positions within the organization, offering salaries of up to Rs. 750,000 per month. These roles are available in fields such as human resources, partnerships, academics, monitoring and evaluation, audit, and training. The authority reports under the School Education Department of Punjab. Interested candidates have until October 26, 2026, to apply.

The six positions announced are Director (Human Resources & Administration), Director (Partnerships & Collaboration), Director (Academics & Research), Director (Monitoring & Evaluation), Chief Audit Officer, and Assistant Director (Training & Operations). Each of these positions requires specific educational qualifications, with a minimum of 16 years of education in related fields from HEC-recognised universities. All candidates must also meet the minimum age requirement of 35-55 years, depending on the position.

Experience requirements vary by role but generally include at least 10 years of relevant experience in the respective field, with at least three years held at a senior level. For example, the Director (HR & Admin) position requires at least ten years of experience in HR policies, service rules, workforce planning, and administrative operations. The Chief Audit Officer role mandates at least five years of experience in internal audit, risk management, compliance, and financial procedures.

Eligibility for the Director posts also includes specific educational requirements such as an MPhil or PhD in relevant subjects for the Director (Academics & Research) and Chief Audit Officer roles. Preference will be given to candidates holding such advanced degrees.
