Leadership institute appoints Adenipekun new registrar, CEO

The Institute of Leadership Coaching and Strategy (ILCS) has appointed Sunday Adenipekun as its new registrar and chief executive, as the professional body seeks to strengthen its leadership and expand its reach. Adenipekun, who has over 38 years of post-qualification experience, including 24 years in not-for-profit membership organisations and 11 years at a federal government development finance institution, assumed office on October 5.

His appointment was approved by the governing council after a rigorous hiring process. Adenipekun's experience in governance, institutional development, and membership-based organisations will support ILCS's next phase of growth. The institute also elevated its pioneer registrar and chief executive, Ifeoma Adeniyi, to Second Vice President, and added three new chairmen of standing committees to the governing council.
