Lagos-bound passenger dies on board Kenya Airways flight from Nairobi

A tragic incident unfolded on a Kenya Airways flight from Nairobi to Lagos, where a passenger died after becoming unresponsive mid-flight. Kenya Airways and the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority are investigating the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate event. The airline's crew immediately responded to the situation upon landing at Murtala Muhammed International Airport, administering first aid and following established emergency procedures.

The deceased passenger was reportedly picked up from Madagascar after customs had denied him entry into Nigeria. During the flight, the passenger became restless and aggressive, attempting to access the cockpit and later the rear door of the aircraft. He was subsequently tied down to ensure the safety of those on board. The Nigeria Police Force has taken over the investigation, and authorities confirm that the body was taken to a morgue for further examination.
