Daniel Dubois, the WBO world champion, has expressed his desire to face Tyson Fury in the future. If both Dubois and Fury secure victories in their upcoming bouts, they could potentially meet for another highly anticipated heavyweight clash. Fury has a scheduled fight against Anthony Joshua on December 11, while Dubois will face Fabio Wardley on October 17.
Dubois has previously defeated Joshua and is convinced that a fight between him and Fury would be a monumental event, similar to his previous opponent Anthony Joshua. Dubois believes that the promotion of the fight by Frank Warren would be a great opportunity for both boxers. When asked about the outcome of the December fight, Dubois stated that he is not focused on that particular bout and remains dedicated to his upcoming rematch with Wardley.
He acknowledged that Wardley should have been stopped earlier in their first fight, but emphasized his commitment to the upcoming bout and his focus on giving the fans another thrilling encounter.
