Calgary Stampeders, B.C. Lions can clinch CFL playoff berths with victories
The Calgary Stampeders and B.C. Lions could secure CFL playoff spots with triumphant performances on Friday and Saturday. The Stampeders, currently at 8-8, travel to host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, while the Lions, also at 8-8, face the Ottawa Redblacks at home. Another team, Edmonton Elks, has already earned a playoff berth but could increase their position with a win against Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Friday night or a loss to Montreal Alouettes on Saturday.
Although the Edmonton-Ottawa matchup isn't crucial yet, a victory would provide a better understanding of their playoff chances.
