President Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved the updated composition of the Interagency Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation and Export Control Policy on Monday, appointing Davyd Aloyan, Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), as its new chairman.
