‘Virat Kohli a superb mimic, done so many ads’: Rahul Dravid on cricketer who can be actor

Former cricketer Rahul Dravid recently hinted that Virat Kohli, one of the most popular cricketers in the world, may have a career in front of the camera, possibly in Bollywood. In an interview with BBC Asian Network, Dravid praised Kohli's ability to mimic people, stating that the young aspiring cricketer has done so well in ad films.

Kohli and his wife, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, first met on the set of an ad film. Dravid also shared his favorite Bollywood cricket films, including Ranveer Singh's 83, Abhishek Bachchan's Ghoomer, and Aamir Khan's Lagaan. Casting director Mukesh Chhabra previously noted that Kohli is already a great actor, having seen various aspects of life and handled success well. Chhabra emphasized that Kohli should focus on cricket after his retirement and not join films.
