Spider-Man: Brand New Day is now available online for rent or purchase after a record-breaking box office run that spanned almost 70 days in theaters. The Spider-Man sequel broke opening weekend records, grossing over $2.5 billion worldwide, and claimed the title of highest-grossing movie in U.S. history with a $951 million domestic gross.
The film, set in the current-day timeline of the MCU's Phase 6, follows Peter Parker (Tom Holland) as he balances his superhero duties with his personal life. New cast members, including Sadie Sink, join the MCU, while director Destin Daniel Cretton focuses on the iconic aspects of Spider-Man's character. Despite not yet being confirmed for Avengers: Doomsday, Spider-Man: Brand New Day has already sparked speculation for a potential Avengers-style re-release with extra footage.
The film, set to release on Disney+ by late November, is also available for preorder on 4K Blu-ray and DVD, with a December 15 release date.
