South Korea Faces Questions Over Russia Fuel Shipments
South Korean ports reportedly handled over 176,000 tons of fuel bound for Russia in July and August, including shipments via sanctioned tankers. The news coincides with Seoul’s threats of further action against Kyiv over the latter’s disclosure of two North Korean POWs transferred to South Korea.
