RAHIM YAR KHAN - A seminary teacher named Qari Imran has been apprehended by the police for allegedly torturing a five-year-old student named Talha. Zeeshan Kamboh, Talha's father and a carpenter from Chak 72-NP, filed a complaint with the Saddar police station on Monday, alleging that his son had been subjected to corporal punishment.
