A new high-rise is set to be constructed in Chandigarh, reportedly named after Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The official naming ceremony is expected to take place on Thursday. According to rumors, the building will resemble a modern township with all the latest amenities, potentially becoming a satellite town. This marks a first in Indian film history, as a residential tower is being named after an Indian film star.
Three potential names have been registered for the project: SK Towers, The Salman Towers, and Salman Khan Towers, with slight variations possible. The real estate firms involved are a local builder and an overseas entity. It has been confirmed by our source that the announcement will be made in Mumbai on Thursday. Those fortunate enough may soon have the opportunity to purchase a piece of luxury housing with 'SK' incorporated into its name.
