Dozens of people in Russia are in quarantine after the death of a woman who worked at a lab that studies plague and other infectious diseases. Russian officials say she died of pneumonia, but U.S. officials are not so sure. Dr. Ashish Jha, a senior fellow at the Harvard Belfer Center, joins CBS News to discuss.
