The 26th International Poultry Expo (IPEX) is set to take place at the Expo Centre Lahore from October 8 to 10, according to the Pakistan Poultry Association (PPA). With an expected attendance of over 100,000 local and international visitors and business professionals, this three-day event is billed as the largest poultry exhibition in the region.
The expo will bring together companies representing the entire poultry value chain, including feed and nutrition, animal health, medicines and vaccines, genetics, farm machinery, processing, automation, and marketing. The presence of more than 50 foreign companies and over 500 international delegates aims to provide Pakistani businesses with exposure to global market trends, advanced technologies, and new products.
Additionally, a dedicated Poultry Science Conference will be held alongside the expo, featuring scientific papers on recent research and emerging issues in the poultry sector. The event is expected to create opportunities for technology transfer, new investment, and business linkages, while promoting the nutritional value of poultry products and encouraging healthy eating habits among young people.
