Miami Heat star Giannis Antetokounmpo made his preseason debut in a 129-105 win over the Toronto Raptors on Saturday. Head coach Erik Spoelstra drew attention to the superstar by comparing Antetokounmpo's passing ability to that of Magic Johnson, two-time NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers. Antetokounmpo admitted that he is not yet at the level of Magic Johnson, but found the compliment "a great compliment" and "always fun" to receive from various coaches in his 13-season career with the Milwaukee Bucks.
The 31-year-old highlighted that he enjoys creating offensive opportunities for his teammates, and it's now easier for him to find those opportunities within the Heat's offense due to the team's spacing.
