AI-powered platform for women leaders launched in US

New York - A global network of women leaders has introduced an AI-powered platform called WIN Connect, designed to strengthen connections and opportunities for women in various industries. The platform, unveiled by Women Inspiring Network, aims to connect the organization's 10,000-strong network of members, spanning 50 countries.

Head of Development at Hukum Raj Legacy and Chairperson of Ubertas World Princess Jahnavi Kumari Mewar, along with Deputy Chief Business Diversity at the NYC Mayor's Office of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises Dilip Chauhan, unveiled the platform last month.

WIN Connect utilizes AI Concierge to streamline the process of connecting members with the right people and opportunities on a large scale. The platform boasts four key features: WIN Compass, an AI-powered search function for the member network; WIN Circle, which integrates trusted leaders' communities onto the platform; WIN Opportunity, an AI-powered concierge that automates the process from identifying a business need to drafting an introduction with the appropriate individual; and WIN Impact, a space for organizations to showcase their work to potential investors, foundations, and leaders.

Chauhan emphasized the significance of relationships, knowledge, and networks as vital capital for M/WBE firms, highlighting the potential impact of a single introduction to the right investor, customer, corporate partner, or mentor in changing the trajectory of a business. Chauhan expressed a belief that technology should complement relationships rather than replace them, stating that technology should help strengthen and expand relationships.

Women Inspiring Network, a global entity focused on connecting, collaborating, and showcasing the achievements of women leaders, introduced WIN Connect as the "natural next step" for their community. According to Stuti Jalan, founder and curator of Women Inspiring Network, the platform allows the organization to equip its network with the intelligence to transform trust into opportunity at scale within a network that does not focus on net worth but rather on what members are building and who they need to connect with next.
