Take $40 off the blistering Ryzen 7 9800X3D and get two freebies

AMD has recently slashed the price of its Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor to $429 when using promo code FTT7668. This deal is available on Newegg and doesn't come bundled with any additional items, making it an excellent opportunity to upgrade your AM5-based system without breaking the bank. To sweeten the deal, Newegg is offering two free gifts: a 240mm MSI Coreliquid A13 AIO liquid cooler (worth $69) and an AMD Onimusha game bundle (also valued at $69).

The Ryzen 7 9800X3D is an 8-core/16-thread Zen5-based processor with a base clock of 4.6 GHz and a max boost frequency of 5.2 GHz. This powerful CPU is well-suited for gaming and various other demanding tasks. The 96MB of L3 cache in the X3D variant further enhances its gaming performance, making it one of the fastest gaming CPUs tested.

While the Ryzen 7 9800X3D isn't at its all-time low price, it's currently available for $429, which is a significant discount off its regular price of $497.49. This deal also includes the two mentioned free gifts, making it an even more attractive offer.

Additionally, Newegg is running a sale on the newer and slightly faster Ryzen 7 9850X3D for $469 with promo code FTTF7669. This processor also comes with the same free gifts, making it another compelling choice for those looking to upgrade their systems. The 9850X3D is a 16-core/32-thread chip that doesn't offer a discount, but the bundled free gifts make it a great value.

So, if you're in the market to upgrade your AM5-based platform and want to improve your PC gaming experience, Newegg's Ryzen 7 9800X3D deal at $429 (plus the two free gifts) is definitely worth considering.
