Stephen A Smith Makes Bold Chiefs Guarantee Amid Tyreek Hill Reports
Stephen A. Smith made a bold guarantee for the Kansas City Chiefs if they sign free-agent wide receiver Tyreek Hill.
Kansas City Chiefs' star pass receiver Tyreek Hill is reportedly interested in reuniting with the team for the 2026 season, according to reports. The Chiefs, who currently sit at a 4-0 record, have lost two key wide receiver contributors in Rashee Rice and Tyquan Thornton due to injuries. ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith has taken to the airwaves to make a bold statement about the team's prospects.
"If the Kansas City Chiefs get Tyreek Hill, and Tyreek Hill is at 80% — I didn't say 100%, I said 80% — I am guaranteeing you that the Kansas City Chiefs are going to win the Super Bowl championship," Smith declared on ESPN's First Take. Hill's injury history, particularly a severe leg injury he suffered while playing for the Miami Dolphins in Week 4 of the 2025 season, casts doubt on his availability.
However, his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, anticipates that Hill will sign with an NFL team in the coming days.
