#SHOWBIZ: Janna Nick completes UK filmmaking master's degree, eyes future PhD

KUALA LUMPUR - Renowned actress Janna Nick, whose birth name is Nurul Jannah Muner, has reached a significant milestone in her career by successfully completing a master's degree in filmmaking in the United Kingdom with outstanding grades after an intensive year of study. The 31-year-old actress, who moved to the UK last September to be with her husband, fellow actor Dini Schatzmann, described the accomplishment as one of the most meaningful moments of her life, overcoming various obstacles along the way.

Reflecting on her experience, Janna stated that she kept her student routine discreet on social media to avoid any potential distractions. She explained that she was apprehensive about sharing any online content due to the fear of negative online chatter, so she maintained her focus entirely on her modules until she received her final results. Even in her vlogs about life in the UK, she ensured not to display herself attending classes.

Janna also revealed her ambition to pursue further education in the future. After receiving her results, she immediately began researching PhD programs and expressed the possibility of studying abroad again if circumstances permit.
