Russian military deserter kills and dismembers three women

A Russian military deserter murdered three women in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The regional branch of Russia's Investigative Committee confirmed the man killed his partner on October 3 during an altercation in Neklyudovo. He then traveled to Nizhny Novgorod and informed the victim's mother and daughter about his actions. Realizing they intended to report him, he proceeded to kill them as well.

The man subsequently dismembered the bodies, placed the remains in bags, and transported them in a rented van into the woods. Authorities intercepted the van during a routine inspection. The Internal Affairs Ministry spokesperson revealed that the driver had concealed suitcases, backpacks, bags, and totes in the vehicle, which the despondent victim had hurriedly discarded.

He attempted to flee from the police but was apprehended. The victims' ages were confirmed to be 47, 77, and 18. However, the specifics of the deserter's desertion and his military service in Ukraine remain undisclosed by the Investigative Committee and Internal Affairs Ministry.
