Punjab to Introduce AI in Primary Education

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has highlighted the significance of teachers in fostering societal progress. In a message on World Teachers’ Day, she expressed her gratitude to teachers, including her own, for their unwavering dedication and hard work. Maryam Nawaz emphasized the timeless status of teachers and their crucial role in guiding students from one level of achievement to another.

She underscored that a good teacher imparts not just knowledge but also manners, moral values, and social traditions. Punjab's government is spearheading initiatives like the Nawaz Sharif Schools of Eminence to enhance the quality of education. In line with this, the AI will be introduced in primary education to acquaint students with contemporary knowledge and skills.

Moreover, teachers are receiving complimentary training to equip them with English conversation, information technology, and other progressive teaching methodologies.
